Service Description

PlumBake provides custom baking services including but not limited to wedding cakes, birthday cakes, pastries, breads, and other baked goods. All products are made to order and require advance notice.

Ordering and Payment

Orders must be placed in advance with specific requirements clearly communicated. A deposit may be required for large orders. Full payment is due upon delivery or pickup unless other arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover ingredients and preparation costs.

Liability

PlumBake's liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.

Allergen Information

Customers must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, our kitchen processes various allergens and we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free environments.
